These rules keep the studio in great shape and every client's slot on time. They are short, but important.
A 50% advance is charged as a booking fee to finalise your slot. The balance is paid on the shoot day.
Rental starts from your given call time or when the first person from your team enters (whichever is earlier), not when the shoot actually begins.
Rental ends when the last person in your group walks out of the studio. Keep this in mind when planning.
If another client has booked after you, please leave when your slot ends.
A 20–30 minute grace period is allowed for pack-up. If it goes past 30 minutes, the full hourly charge applies.
No paint, flour or any other powder or colour in the studio.
Sets are meant only for shooting, not as sitting or waiting areas.
No smoking inside the studio.
The client is responsible for anything that happens during the shoot, no matter who caused it. Damage to any set or part of the studio is charged on actuals.
The studio is on the 3rd floor with no lift.
Equipment or goods left behind after your booking ends are at your own responsibility and must be collected within 24 hours of the end of your booking time.
Parking & Load-in: Paid parking is available in the mall right beside the studio. Production vehicles can drive right up the studio street to unload gear.
